- Email your Plan of Study to AADDA Program Support for Approval, and take a screenshot of the AADDA Program Support's email approval of your POS for evidence.
- Log in to the Student Portal and click on the Online Registration System (ORS) icon to start the enrollment process. If the ORS detects that the number of units you intend to enroll is less than the regular load, you shall be prompted to apply for an underload.

- Choose from the dropdown list the reason for underloading.
- Upload supporting documents (Screenshot of the email from the AADDA Program Support approving your POS) to justify your underload request. If you wish to edit your uploaded files, click on the “Edit” button (this is located beside the “Supporting Document” button).

Once your underload application is received by your Faculty Office, a system notification shall be emailed to you. Your application shall be acted upon in the following order:

ORS will send a notification about the status of the underloading application.
- If approved, log-in to your ORS account and continue with your enrollment.
- If disapproved, log in to your ORS account and follow the advice of your Program Development Associate (PDA).
If you have any clarifications regarding the outcome of your application, please email your PC.
For inquiries, about the underloading/overloading procedures, contact registration@upou.edu.ph.
REMINDER FOR UPOU STUDENTS WITH PROVISIONAL STATUS:
Provisional students must submit a Transcript of Records (TOR) with valid remarks within one year of their first enrollment. Failure to comply will block access to the Online Registration System, preventing enrollment.
Submit the required documents to the Admissions Section before the registration period. For information about valid remarks, go to https://registrar.upou.edu.ph/
For assistance, email admissions@upou.edu.ph.
What if you have been blocked from the ORS?
If you are blocked from accessing the ORS, it means your one-year grace period has ended. To request enrollment for the term, email a promissory note to registration@upou.edu.ph. Include your target date for submitting the required valid TOR and proof that it is being processed.
