First, check whether this is indeed the only course you need to graduate. It may turn out that other courses can satisfy your requirement.
If you have verified that this particular course alone will satisfy your remaining requirements, you have some options:
- Cross-enroll the course if it is available in another UP campus.
- You can attempt to petition for that course to be offered. The petition must be addressed to the Dean of the Faculty office handling the course (e.g., the Faculty of Education for GE, Common, and Mandatory courses, and FICS for MMS courses), and you should state that you are a graduating student who needs this course in order to graduate in a timely manner.
- The petition then needs to be submitted to the correct Faculty office (e.g., FEd for GE, Common, and Mandatory courses)
- The more students you can get to sign your petition, the more likely the chances that your petition might be granted, but please note that petitioning for a course is not a guaranteed way to get it offered.
- Other restrictions may apply to petitioned courses. For instance, if the course is offered as a result of the petition, all petitioners must register for the course; otherwise, the course may be dissolved. Please contact the Faculty office for their policies on petitioned courses.
