How do I change the email address I associated with my Freshdesk account?

It is best to associate your UP email address (and not your personal email address) with your AADDA Support System Freshdesk account. If you have never filed a ticket or do not have an existing account with the system, then all you need to do is create a new account and use your UP email address.


If you already have an account, you cannot change your email address yourself.  To change the email address associated with your Freshdesk account, you can do one of either two things:

  • File a ticket and request to have your email address changed; or
  • Create a new account and use your UP email address. Stop using the old account associated with your other email address(es).
